Experts say that the first thing you notice about a house is its color. Same thing with a car.

So when we began the design on a presentation folder for the Seabreeze condos, we knew the colors had to have the right beachy-coastal-oceanesque impact.

Being named Seabreeze, we wanted a selection of waterfront hues that made you feel the actual wind coming off the ocean in summer. We think we got it just right.

The real trick was making sure the paper weight was heavy enough so the folder wouldn't keep blowing away.
