The mist over the meadows is a common site on Bainbridge, where the Sakai Village development is located. We wanted that feeling in this brochure.

As Bainbridge Island's largest development ever, it was important for this brochure to pay its respect to the Sakai family after whom it was named.

This former strawberry farm of 33 acres had been in the family since 1918 and the development has set significant portions aside as wetlands preserves that give the community a rustic and rural feeling right outside the back door of the homes.

Each house plan and all the information of the features within the units was shown in detail. Artist renditions of the homes' exteriors and a street side view were also provided.
