A company that builds noble projects, deserves a noble logo.

Hisey Construction is based on Bainbridge Island and builds engineered water handling systems for federal agencies, as well as state, county and city governments. Their work includes reservoirs, lift and pump stations and other large systems that are designed to move water.

The challenge was to create a logo that would look as good on office letterhead as it would on a truck or large piece of earth moving equipment. We developed a post-industrial era look for Hisey that portrays pipes in an upward climb that take the shape of the wings of an eagle - another important icon to Hisey Construction.

There's a 1930s influence to the logo, which was a period of huge industrial water projects in the U.S.. The identity also gives a sense of energy and triumph, that's a fitting match for the type of project Hisey Construction builds.

Do you think we could get a 'noble' prize for this one?
