Although muddy boot prints have been the bane of moms, janitors and drill sergeants forever, somehow they just felt right for Local Escapes.

This new company offers so many great ways to get away - from hikes and kayak trips. to museums and fine restaurants - we just couldn't show them all.

So the idea of just making tracks (sometimes literally) for something new and fun became the theme.

Besides being symbolic of all sorts of adventures, the Local Escapes boot prints show up in lots of places. Like the ones trailing across the front of their business envelopes.

Feels kinda fun and rascally, which is what escaping is all about.
